Felicity guided us through our final months of planning ensuring we had everything we needed. Our vendors spoke so highly of her, and it was such a relief to not have to worry about a ton of emails in the final weeks. She was organized from day one, but also incredibly personable.
Not only did she coordinate everything but she was emotional support for us all. She did a fantastic job at our ceremony rehearsal, making changes last minute to make everything seamless. Her and her husband Aaron gave us their absolute everything the day of and before our wedding. Not only did we fall in love with both of them, but our families and friends did too.

This woman and her team (shoutout to her husband Aaron!) are a must have to keep your day running smoothly! We booked month of coordination and I cannot stress enough how much she helped in so many ways. I have followed Felicity’s journey since before she got married to the thriving business she has today and I knew as soon as we booked our venue that I needed to try to book her. I immediately felt like we clicked and I just knew she would be the perfect person to help execute and tie together all the pieces of our special day. We planned a surprise vow renewal/anniversary party on our one year anniversary and she was there for me to help me bounce ideas off of, calm my nerves, and be my hype girl when I had any doubts. We recently got married, hiring Felicity and her team as a month of coordinator. I am SO grateful that we hired her. During my planning process she was always happy to answer questions, and had remarkably fast response time. She took the reigns the month of our wedding and it allowed me to try to relax and focus on my excitement of the upcoming big day! After chatting with Felicity, I fully trusted her to be in charge on our wedding day, I knew she would make my vision come to life.
The day of our wedding we had a huge thunder and lighting storm. Felicity had to quickly pivot and moved our outdoor ceremony to indoor (not an easy task with 150 guests). She kept the positive vibes among the wedding party and made the indoor ceremony more beautiful and intimate than I ever thought possible. Felicity put one fire out after the other, and made the day feel seamless from the bride and grooms perspective! We could not recommend her enough, your wedding will be in good hands!

I had the pleasure of meeting Felicity at a friend’s wedding and was very impressed with her work that we hired her for our own wedding. She was absolutely fantastic on both occasions! Felicity travelled to PEI for our wedding and stayed on site with us, it was great having her there.
Communication was seamless from our first video chat until our actual wedding and afterwards. We got all of the media released within 24 hours it was great :)!

“I booked Felicity for my 2023 wedding and could not have been happier to have her there. She was able to help me with all the little details I never would have thought of myself and provided me with suggestions on what I could do to make my day flow more smoothly.
I had a few hiccups during planning that she was right there to help get me through. Of course a hurricane was landing the same weekend as my wedding and even when I was in a panic she worked everything through with me and I was able to make the best of the day despite the weather and last minute changes.
